The Revival is a great fin for both nose riding and turning. Its full tip keeps you locked in when things are getting critical on the nose, and the base has a good amount to allow drive and power. Its raked back outline allows for long drawn out turns that compliment the pintails. I got inspired to make this fin after a lot of R&D with my friend Tommy Witt and looking up to his surfing. I think this fin will work best surfing reef breaks that need to be able to connect sections, as well as cutting back to stay in the pocket. This fin is especially stiff to allow for reliability when turning really hard.
The 8.5″ fin will work best in the 8’3″s boards, and the 9″ fin in the medium 8’9″s range. The 9.5″ fin would work great in any board above that.
"This fin will work great for surfers who’s styles call for big cutbacks and turns mixed up with speed line trims." - Corey Colapinto
